About this Storybook:
Several people have asked me about the stories and songs I perform. Figured it was easier to put em all in one spot for all to read. I do not write any of them, merely repeating ones I've heard from other lands. Still workin on my own performance skills, but I'm tryin! I encourage everybody to try their hand at performing. Pick a poem you've always liked, an share it!
We had story tellin on Tuesday nights at 10pm EST at the log in the town of Ardee for many years. Sadly, this long-standing tradition is gone.
I will always give credit where credit is due. However, I recorded some of these stories before I ever thought of performing or publishing them here. I've not necessarily gained each composer's permission. If you see one of your works here and wish it to be removed, please email me (dustylady_99 at yahoo dots com) and I will do so as soon as possible. Hopefully, the intention of these fine writers was to share their art with as many people as possible. I only wish to spread the beauty of their craft to another audience.
